Crossroads is a growing family of Christ-followers who are located at the crossroads of Central California. We are dedicated to reaching the Central Valley with the ageless message of Jesus Christ in a loving, real, and relatable way. We go all out to demonstrate the love of God through tangible acts of service, which can be seen and felt in the surrounding cities.

OUR STORY

Crossroads began in March of 1987 with 17 people in a home bible study. The study was led by founding Pastor Mike Moore and his wife Grace with the support of Big Valley Grace Community Church in Modesto, where Pastor Mike had served as Family Pastor. This small group of people had a dream for a church that would reach out and touch the lives of those who normally don’t go to church. The first public service was launched September 20, 1987 at Manteca High School, where the church met for four years before relocating to a permanent church facility on Hwy 120 and Comconex Road in 1992. In 1999, with a vision for reaching many more people, the church purchased the land on Moffat Blvd where our facility now stands; one of the most visible sites in the entire Central Valley and literally at its crossroads. The first Sunday service in our current building was held on Easter Sunday March 30th, 2006. Pastor Mike retired in February 2016 after completing a successful leadership transition to Pastor Brian Hunt. Pastor Brian has continued with the same vision for our church and we continue to grow and reach people for Jesus!
